Refunds and exchanges
If there is a problem with your purchase, please get in touch and we’d be very happy to try and resolve the problem. Our policy lasts for 14 days beyond which unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, but directly to us. To return your purchase please send it, with receipt or proof of purchase to Unique Creations, 263 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7HN. You will need to pay for your own shipping costs – these are non-refundable. However, if the item was faulty we will certainly add the cost of shipping to your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and provided it reaches the above criteria, your refund will be processed.
Sale items
Please note we do not refund nor exchange items bought at a discounted price. We'll certainly replace defective or damaged items! If you need to exchange anything for this reason, please get in touch.
